Zusammenfassung

Nahrungsmittel können als Schubfaktoren für die atopische Dermatitis (AD) für einen Teil der Patienten von Bedeutung sein. In dieser Arbeit werden klinische Befunde sowie aktuelle Untersuchungen zusammengefaßt, die sich mit den immunologischen Mechanismen von Ekzemschüben nach oraler Provokation mit Nahrungsmitteln beschäftigen.
