Zusammenfassung

Die Krankheitsbilder der Pemphigusgruppe, Pemphigus vulgaris (PV), Pemphigus foliaceus (PF) und paraneoplastischer Pemphigus (PNP), sind durch Autoantikörper charakterisiert, die gegen Oberflächenantigene der Epidermalzellen gerichtet sind. Nach Identifizierung krankheitsspezifischer Zielstrukturen der Pemphigus-Antikörper gelang es kürzlich, ELISAs zur Diagnostik von PV (Desmoglein 3, Dsg3) und PF (Dsgi) zu entwickeln.
