Zusammenfassung
Die Mikrosystemtechnik ist eine junge Disziplin, von der erwartet wird, daß sie ähnlich der Mikroelektronik neue technische Anwendungsmöglichkeiten eröffnet und damit wesentliche Bereiche des täglichen Lebens beeinflussen wird.
