Zusammenfassung
Ein 62 jähriger Patient bemerkt, daß sein Schriftbild kleiner und unregelmäßiger wird, in Ruhe rhythmische Bewegungen der Finger der rechten Hand auftreten und der rechte Arm beim Gehen weniger mitschwingt als der linke. Seiner Frau fällt ein starrer Gesichtsausdruck und eine leisere, stockende Stimme auf. Nach leichter Beschwerdezunahme während eines halben Jahres und beginnendem Ruhetremor des rechten Fußes wird der Patient einem Neurologen vorgestellt, der nach Durchführung eines unauffälligen kranialen Kernspintomogramms eine Behandlung mit einem L-DOPA-Präparat (kombiniert mit einem Dekarboxylasehemmer) beginnt, das alle Symptome bis auf den Ruhetremor bessert. Der Neurologe stellt die Diagnose eines rechtsbetonten idiopathischen Parkinson-Syndroms vom Indifferenztyp und stellt den Patienten zusätzlich auf einen D2-Rezeptor-Agonisten ein.
