Zusammenfassung

Ein 26 jähriger Patient berichtet,seit dem 22. Lebensjahr an Diarrhoen zu leiden. Die Beschwerden seien initial jeweils nach wenigen Wochen selbstterminierend gewesen.Später seien mehrfach täglich blutige Stuhlgänge aufgetreten,die von Schmerzen im linken Unterbauch und von einseitigen Gelenkbeschwerden im Knie und Sprunggelenk begleitet gewesen seien.lleokoloskopisch wurde initial eine linksseitige Colitis ulcerosa diagnostiziert.ln den nächsten Jahren entwickelte der Patient 1–3 Schübe pro Jahr,die zunächst auf eine antientzündlicheTherapie (Steroide) gut ansprachen.
