Abstract

The purpose of the current review is to provide the interested investigator with an overview of the most recent advances in the identification, design and development of mechanism-based nitric-oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitors. A thorough review of the early work in this field was previously published by the author (PARKINSON and PHILLIPS 1997).
