Zusammenfassung

Die folgenden perkutan implantierbaren mechanischen kardialen Assistenzsysteme stehen zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt zur Verfügung:

  1. 1.

    Ballongegenpulsation,

  2. 2.

    implantierbare Turbinenpumpen,

  3. 3.

    perkutan anschließbare Herz-Lungen-Maschine,

Der Einsatz dieser Systeme sollte in den folgenden klinischen Situationen erwogen werden [3]:

  • beim plötzlichen Herzstillstand

  • beim kardiogenen Schock,

  • bei der schweren Koronarischamie und Hochrisiko-PTCA.

Im folgenden Beitrag wird versucht darzustellen, in welcher klinischen Situation welches Assistenzsystem mit welchem Erfolg eingesetzt werden kann bzw. welche Gren-zen beim Einsatz dieser Systeme bestehen.
