Zusammenfassung
Eine Organisation hat festgestellt, dass ihr derzeitiges Testprogramm nicht wirkungsvoll arbeitet. Es wurde eine Bedarfsanalyse durchgeführt, die ergeben hat, dass der derzeitige manuelle Testprozess verbessert werden muss. Die Organisation sieht sich nach einem besser wiederholbaren und weniger fehleranfülligen Testansatz urn. Eine Verbesserungsanalyse zeigt, dass auf automatisiertes Testen umgestellt werden sollte.
Wenn man ein qualitativ hochwertiges Softwaresystem haben will, muss man sicherstellen, dass jeder einzelne Bestandteil qualitativ hochwertig ist. — Watts Humphrey
