Zusammenfassung

Das Hauptkontingent der Sekundärtumoren des unteren weiblichen Genitaltraktes machen die per continuitatem und lymphangisch aus der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft einwachsenden Neoplasien aus. Dabei handelt es sich zu 85% um Endometriumkarzinome, zu je 7,5% der Fälle um Rektum-/Sigmakarzinome und Ovarialkarzinome (Lefakis et al. 1968; Mazur et al. 1984). Scheide und Zervix sind viel häufiger (75%) als Vulva und Ovar betroffen (10-30% der Fälle) (Abb.202).
