Abstract
Monitoring the effects of medical or surgical treatment form an important part of routine neuroradiological practice. This chapter gives an update of recent developments in post-therapeutic imaging. It does not attempt to be an encyclopaedic description of post-therapeutic imaging appearances but focuses on the application of new imaging techniques and/or imaging findings following relatively new forms of treatment. The structure of this chapter is disease-based rather than technology-based and new imaging techniques are discussed under the heading of particular diseases to which they can be applied.
