Abstract

In this chapter and in chapter 16 we introduce the new dynamical system, describing the evolution of the economies of either country during the early and further phase of the industrialization process of the small country. This allows us to analyze how the equilibrium points, we have found in the closed economy case (see chapter (5)), are perturbed by the import export flows and how the government has to modify its stabilization policies in order to preserve their effectiveness.
