Zusammenfassung
Im allgemeinen Fall versteht man unter Kalibration eine Operation, die eine Beziehung zwischen Input und Output, also Eingangs- und Ausgangsgrößen eines Messsystems unter konkreten Messbedingungen herstellt und in der Regel durch ein Modell beschreibt. In chemischen Messprozessen sind die Eingangsgrößen analytische Informationen, die die Art und Menge von Analyten charakterisieren, die Ausgangsgrößen sind Messergebnisse, z. B. in Form von Signalfunktionen.
