  • Conference paper
Energy Efficiency in Household Appliances and Lighting

Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate what kind of information the consumer gets from a domestic appliances salesperson in a shopping situation and how the sales staff are able to adapt the available information to the customer’s needs. Another aim was to survey the way in which the energy label was utilised by the salespersons and in what domain would extra training be needed for the staff.
