Abstract
The program “Caldaia Sicura” is a complex aimed at improving safety and energy efficiency of heating systems and to reduce emissions. It involves the major players of local government in the sector of energy and environment, the trade associations, fuel suppliers and the local energy agency (ANEA). So as the program has been carrying out by dept of Municipality of Naples (“Servizio Progettazione e Valutazione Ambientale” — Mr. B. Sciannimanica; “Servizio Attivitã Amministrative” — Mrs. M. Aprea); by Craftsmen Associations (Confartigianato, CNA, CASArtigiani, CLAAI); by ANEA (Agenzia Napoletana Energia Ambiente) the Naples Agency for Energy and the Environment.
