Zusammenfassung
Zur Bewertung der Sedimentqualität als einem Teil der Gewässerbeschaffenheit wurden einige der oben besprochenen Methoden an einem Längsschnitt der Elbe angewendet. Zum einen ist die Durchführung der Testsysteme an natürlichen Sedimentproben mit ihrer hohen Variabilität der physiko-chemischen Parameter an sich ein Untersuchungsgegenstand, zum anderen sollte ein Bild der Sedimenttoxizität an der Elbe erstellt werden.
