Abstract
Planimetry is a suitable tool for follow-up of choroidal neovascularizations (CNV). By means of manual, computer-assisted, or automated image processing, areas of interest such as hemorrhages, drusen, CNV, detachment of pigment epithelium, or atrophy are dehneated. We describe an easy method of obtaining semiquantitative data from fluorescence angiographic findings in classic CNV.
