Zusammenfassung
Unter der Bezeichnung „Leber- und Gallenwegstherapeutika“ werden eine Reihe von Arzneimitteln zusammengefaßt, die bei Erkrankungen der Leber, Gallenblase und Gallenwege eingesetzt werden (Abbildung 33.1). Die Verordnungen der Gallenwegstherapeutika sind in den letzten zehn Jahren kontinuierlich zurückgegangen. Die Verordnung von Lebertherapeutika ist im gleichen Zeitraum ebenfalls zurückgegangen (Abbildung 33.1), die Abnahme war aber weniger ausgeprägt. Zusätzlich anzumerken ist, daß für die Behandlung der chronischen Virushepatitis B und C wichtige Medikamente (Interferon-alfa, Ribavirin, Lamivudin) bei den Immuntherapeutika und Zytostatika (Kapitel 30) und Antibiotika und Chemotherapeutika (Kapitel 8) eingeordnet sind.
