Zusammenfassung

Es ist einer der Alpträume des international operierenden Personalmanagers. Eine kompetente Mitarbeiterin wird für zwei Jahre ins Ausland geschickt und die Sache geht schief. Projekte werden nicht ins Rollen gebracht, Termine nicht mehr eingehalten, erste Anzeichen von Unzufriedenheit seitens der dortigen Abteilung mehren sich und wachsen sich aus zu massiven Beschwerden. Noch vor Ende des 1. Jahres wird die Mitarbeiterin zurückgeholt. Die ist einigermaßen frustriert und im Selbstbild angeknackst und erzählt allen, die es hören wollen, dass man mit „den Leuten dort“ unmöglich zusammenarbeiten kann, dass mit „denen“ einfach nichts anzufangen ist. Nicht nur muss man jetzt die Wogen mit der dortigen Abteilung wieder glätten -es findet sich auch niemand mehr, der noch überhaupt Lust hat, es selbst in dem Land zu versuchen.
