Zusammenfassung

Chronisch lymphatische Leukämien sind lymphozytische Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome, die in den meisten Fällen leukämisch verlaufen. Bei ihnen kommt es ohne Zunahme der Proliferationsrate zu einer progressiven Akkumulation der leukämischen Lymphozyten durch Behinderung der Apoptose.
