Zusammenfassung

Bei der Osteochondrosis dissecans handelt es sich um einen meist an der lateralen (der Fossa intercondylaris zugewandten) Krümmung des medialen Femurkondylus lokalisierten nekrotischen Herd mit umgebender Sklerose des Knochens, der sich ablösen kann und dann als freies Dissekat („Gelenkmaus“) im Gelenk verbleibt.
