Ein chirurgischer Vorschlag bei rezidivierender Patellaluxation und Trochleadysplasie

Zusammenfassung

Die Ursachen der rezidivierenden Patellaluxation sind vielfältig, wobei gemäß Dejour und Walch der Trochleadysplasie eine zentrale Rolle zukommt. Wenn die proximale Oberfläche der Trochlea konvex statt konkav ist, sind die Weichteilkorrekturen in der Regel nicht erfolgversprechend. Die Kniescheibe wird weiterhin lateral oder sogar medial luxieren oder subluxieren und zu einer Arthrose führen.
