Zusammenfassung

Durch eine ausführliche Anamneseerhebung und eine sorgfältige klinische Untersuchung kann eine überwiegende Mehrzahl von extra- und intraartikulären pathoanatomischen Läsionen erfasst werden. Dies erlaubt eine Arbeitsdiagnose aufzustellen, die als Basis für die sich anschließende, gezielte bildgebende Abklärung dient.
