Zusammenfassung

Neben der anatomischen Ausbreitung (TNM, pTNM, R) ist bei Karzinomen der Tränendrüse der histologische Typ von Bedeutung. Die beste Prognose hat das Karzinom im pleomorphem Adenom, die schlechteste das Adenokarzinom. Weitere tumorbezogene Prognosefaktoren sind nicht bekannt.
