Zusammenfassung
Bei einer 24-jährigen schwangeren Frau wird im Rahmen der Vorsorgeuntersuchungen in der 9. Schwangerschaftswoche (SSW) durch ein niedergelassenes Labor als einzige Auffälligkeit ein erhöhter Treponema-pallidum-Hämagglutinations-Assay- (TPHA-)Titer (1:10240) bei niedrigem Cardiolipin-Komplement-Bindungsreaktions-Titer (1:10) in der Syphilis serologie gefunden. Der Befund wird als wahrscheinlich ausgeheilte Treponemeninfektion gewertet. Eine Kontrolle zum Ausschluss einer Reinfektion bzw. Reaktivierung wird jedoch empfohlen.
