Zusammenfassung

Ein 6 Monate alter weiblicher Säugling wird in ein städtisches Kinderkrankenhaus zur Therapie einer Bronchopneumonie eingewiesen. Fünf Tage zuvor hat das Kind starken Husten entwickelt sowie Fieber bis 39°C. Die niedergelassene Kinderärztin veranlasst eine Röntgenaufnahme des Thorax, die beidseitig ausgedehnte Infiltrate zeigt.
