Zusammenfassung
Ein 65-jähriger Patient wird nachts nach Hinzuziehen des Amtsarztes auf die geschützt-geschlossene Station der Psychiatrie aufgenommen, nachdem er wegen nächtlicher Ruhestörung und Beschimpfung der Familie in Polizeigewahrsam genommen worden ist. Die Ehefrau hat bereits vor einiger Zeit wegen zunehmender Bedrohung und körperlicher Übergriffe das gemeinsame Haus verlassen und ist zu ihrem Schwiegersohn gezogen. Dort hat der Patient wiederholt vor der Tür randaliert, nachts mit dem Auto gehupt und die Familie beschimpft.
