Zusammenfassung
Eine 30-jährige Patientin wird mit dem Verdacht auf eine zerebrale Vaskulitis stationär aufgenommen, nachdem sie seit einigen Tagen über Kopfschmerzen und krampfähnliche Anfälle geklagt hat. Anamnestisch hat sie seit ca. 15 Jahren einen systemischen Lupus erythematodes mit Haut-, Gelenk- und Nierenbeteiligung, weshalb sie unter einer Dauertherapie mit Prednisolon und Cyclophosphamid steht.
