Zusammenfassung

Eine 85-jährige Patientin klagt über ein seit 2 Wochen rasch abnehmendes Sehvermögen des linken Auges. Zu Beginn habe sie alles sehr bunt und in falschen Farben gesehen, jetzt könne sie mit dem Auge kaum noch etwas erkennen. Sie habe geringe Schmerzen und ein Fremdkörpergefühl im linken Auge.
