Abstract
This article introduces a tool to extend TEX and LATEX documentsS with multimedial features as color, hyper links, and especially JAVA applets. This tool is called JDvi. It was written by the author at the Sfb288 at Technische Universitat Berlin and can be used free of charge. The current version can be found on the cd that ships with the book.
