Zusammenfassung

Dermatologische Notfälle sind nur in wenigen Fällen akut lebensbedrohlich. Doch sie kommen immer wieder vor und stellen oft hohe Anforderungen an den Arzt. Vielfach handelt es sich um Krankheitsbilder, bei denen durch rasches Eingreifen quälende subjektive Symptome (z.B. Pruritus, Fieber) gelindert und/oder schwere körperliche Folgeschäden von dem Patienten ferngehalten werden müssen. Im Folgenden werden die wichtigsten klinischen Entitäten besprochen, die in einer dermatologischen Notfallambulanz nicht selten vorkommen und einer akuten Versorgung bedürfen.
