Zusammenfassung

Berufskrankheiten im sozialrechtlichen Sinne sind in Deutschland nach § 551 Abs. 1 der Reichsversicherungsordnung (RVO) Erkrankungen, die nach den Erkenntnissen der medizinischen Wissenschaft durch besondere Einwirkungen verursacht sind, denen bestimmte Personengruppen durch ihre Arbeit in erheblich höherem Maße als die Gesamtbevölkerung ausgesetzt sind.
