Zusammenfassung

Bei zahlreichen Dermatosen sowie Systemkrankheiten können die Lippen in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden, z. B. bei atopischem Ekzem, Erythema multiforme, kutanem LE, Pemphigus, Sklerodermie, Sarkoidose, erythropoietischer Porphyrie und anderen bakterielle Infektionen, Lues II und Candidamykosen (bei Diabetes mellitus, iatrogener Immunsuppression, HIV-Infektion, perniziöser Anämie). Chronische sowie akute Lichtdermatosen, Lichturtikaria, Hidroa aestivalis bzw. vacciniformis und Xeroderma pigmentosum können oft die Lippen miteinbeziehen. Schäden im Lippenbereich werden durch Sonneneinwirkung und andere Umwelteinflüsse, aber auch durch systemische Medikamente, z. B. Vitamin A und synthetische Retinoide, verursacht.
