Zusammenfassung

Mastzellen kommen regelmäßig im subpapillären Raum der Haut perivaskulär und um die epithelialen Anhangsgebilde (Haarwurzel, Talgdrüsen, Schweißdrüsen) vor. Von den inneren Organen sind z.B. die Lungen und das Peritoneum reich an Mastzellen. Sie besitzen eine Vielzahl biologisch aktiver Substanzen (Tabelle 26–1).
