Zusammenfassung
Der Lichen ruber bzw. verwandte lichenoide Dermatosen sind ausschließlich auf die Haut oder/und die Schleimhaut beschränkte, chronische Krankheitszustände als unspezifische Reaktionen des Hautorgans. Manifestationen an anderen Organen wurden bisher vermutet, sind jedoch nicht gesichert. Morphologisch kommen zahlreiche Varianten eines Lichen vor; typisch für lichenoide Läsionen sind rötlich-livide bis bräunlich-rote, glattglänzende polygonale Papeln, die oft follikulär lokalisiert sind. Konfluierende Herde sind häufig zentral etwas eingedellt und zeigen eine netzförmige, mit der Lupe gut sichtbare, weiß bis gräuliche Zeichnung, die sog. Wickham’schen Streifen. Dazu kommen gelegentlich anuläre, atrophische oder hypertrophisch-hyperkeratotische Läsionen vor. Liehen und lichenoide Dermatosen sind in der Regel mit mehr oder weniger starkem Juckreiz verbunden.
