Zusammenfassung

Die sog. Parapsoriasisgruppe ist eine wenig homogene Gruppe von Hauterkrankungen, die klinisch z. T. mit einer Vaskulitis einhergehen und als hyperergische Hautreaktionen im Anschluss oder in Verbindung mit einer Infektion auftreten (z. B. Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta), zum anderen Teil aber als Vorstadien eines kutanen T-Zell-Lymphoms (CTCL) gelten (z.B. Parapsoriasis en plaques). Das Verbindungsglied zwischen beiden stellt die lymphomatoide Papulose dar, deren Definition erst in den 6oer Jahren aus der vaskulitischen Subgruppe heraus erfolgte (Macauley). Dieses Krankheitsbild wird von uns in seinem nosologischen Wert und klinischen Erscheinungbild weiterhin als Pseudo- bzw. Prälymphom aufgefasst, obwohl es in der Klassifikation der European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) von 1997 dem Spektrum der CD30 + kutanen T-Zell-Lymphome zugeordnet wird.
