Zusammenfassung
Die ▸ Inzidenz der Schulterdystokie wird bezogen auf alle Geburten in der Literatur mit 0,15-0,6% angegeben. Bei einem Geburtsgewicht >4 kg steigt die Inzidenz auf 1,7% an und erreicht bei 4,5 kg 10%. Bei Kindern mit einem Geburtsgewicht von 5 kg wird das Risiko mit 40% abgeschatzt [17]. Als weitere Risikofaktoren für die Entstehung einer Schulterdystokie gelten neben dem hohen Geburtsgewicht ein Diabetes mellitus, eine vaginal-operative Entbindung, eine vorangegangene Schulterdystokie sowie mütterliches Übergewicht.
