Zusammenfassung

Miktionsstörungen sind häufige Beschwerden gynäkologischer Patientinnen. Sie betreffen die Speicher- und Entleerungsfunktion der Blase; die Ursachen sind vielfältig. Interdisziplinäres Denken ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung für die Erkennung von Zusammenhängen, da auch eine Reihe urologischer, neurologisch-psychiatrischer und internistischer Erkrankungen Miktionsstörungen verursachen können (Tabellei). Der folgende Beitrag befasst sich mit den wichtigsten gynäkologischen Aspekten von Miktionsstörungen.
