Zusammenfassung

Das Zervixkarzinom ist bis heute nach dem Mammakarzinom weltweit nach Inzidenz und Mortalität das zweithäufigste Karzinom der Frau. Bei uns steht es, mitbedingt durch die Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, mit 17/105 invasiven Karzinomen erst an 8. Stelle. Das Carcinoma in situ (Cis) der Zervix wird heute auch in Deutschland etwas häufiger als invasive Karzinome beobachtet. Der Anteil der Stadium-I-Fälle ist von 23% (1950/54) auf 38% (1982/86), regional auf 49% (1990/93) angestiegen [14]; 25% der Erkrankten sind jünger als 43 (37-70) Jahre, der Altersmittelwert beträgt 56,7 Jahre [9].
