Zusammenfassung

Bei Kindern mit chronischen oder rezidivierenden Infektionen der oberen und unteren Atemwege wird nicht selten die Diagnose primäre Ziliendyskinesie (PCD) gestellt. Daher sollten eine deformierende Bronchitis, Bronchiektasen, ein atypisches Asthma bronchiale oder eine ungewöhnlich ausgeprägte Erkrankung der oberen Atemwege immer auch an diese Erkrankung denken lassen.
