Zusammenfassung
Prozessmanagement wird in einer durch die Globalisierung geprägten Unternehmenslandschaft zu einem bedeutenden Führungsinstrument. Künftig wird nicht nur die Beherrschung der ‘eigenen’ Prozesse, sondern vor allem auch die Beherrschung unternehmensübergreifender Prozesse zu einem Erfolgsfaktor für jede Unternehmung werden. Methoden und Tools unterstützen dabei, Prozesse zu analysieren, zu optimieren, zu führen und zu kommunizieren. Prozesse im Informationszeitalter müssen leben!
