Zusammenfassung
Die manifeste Metastase ist das Ergebnis eines hochselektiven Prozesses, bei dem sich eine kleine Subpopulation metastatischer Zellen des Primärtumors durchgesetzt hat [4]. Diese metastatische Subpopulation innerhalb des Primärtumors kann frühzeitig auch dessen Wachstum beeinflussen.
