Zusammenfassung
Die Nachsorge von Patienten mit Kopf-Hals-Karzinomen ist Gegenstand wiederholter Diskussionen [4—7,16, 31, 39, 59]. Es wird dabei besonders auf den hohen Stellenwert der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit aller an der Behandlung beteiligter Disziplinen, aber auch zwischen dem niedergelassenen Arzt und dem Krankenhaus hingewiesen. Detaillierte Angaben zur Durchführung der Tumornachsorge finden sich demgegenüber deutlich seltener.
