Zusammenfassung
Das so genannte CUP-Syndrom („cancer of unknown primary“) ist definiert als eine oder mehrere histologisch gesicherte Metastasen eines malignen Tumors, dessen Lokalisation trotz intensiver diagnostischer Maßnahmen nicht bestimmt werden kann [22].
