Zusammenfassung

Die perkutane Strahlentherapie ist neben den unterschiedlichen chirurgischen Ansätzen der zervikalen Lymphknotenausräumung die wichigste onkologische Modalität in der Behandlung zervikaler Lymphknotenmetastasen. Der Einsatz einer Radiotherapie wird wesentlich durch den Primärtumor, seine Ausdehnung und Lokalisation, Zelltyp und Vorliegen regionärer Lymphknotenmetastasen wie auch Art und Ausmaß der vorangegangenen oder geplanten chirurgischen Intervention bestimmt.
