Zusammenfassung

Grundsätzlich werden akute und chronische Formen entzündlicher Pankreaserkrankungen unterschieden. Bei den akuten Formen kommt es nach entzündlichen Schüben des Organs meist zu einer Restitutio ad integrum. Nach histomorphologischen und klinischen Kriterien werden hier eine öde-matös-interstitielle von einer nekrotisierend-hämorrhagischen Form unterschieden.
