Zur Planung einer frühpostoperativen enteralen Ernährungstherapie gilt es, die Kriterien Ernährungsstatus, Energieverbrauch, Umfang der Katabolie, Dauer der Nahrungskarenz und Organfunktionszustand zu bachten (_ Tabelle 24–1).
