Zusammenfassung

Um die Risiken der Transfusion von homologem Blut oder Blutprodukten zu reduzieren, ist eine Reihe von mit unterschiedlichen Komplikationen behafteten Blutspar- methoden entwickelt worden (Schleinzer et al. 1987). Diese Methoden werden in der gesamten perioperativen Phase durchgeführt und sind dann am effektivsten, wenn 2 oder mehrere Verfahren kombiniert werden können.
