Postoperative Persönlichkeitsveränderungen können durch den Aufruhr der Gefühle nach einer Operation und Narkose entstehen, der zusätzlich zu organischen Urachen oft durch komplexe Reaktionen des Geist- Körper-Schemas in dieser Situation verursacht wird.
