Zusammenfassung

Fehlbildungen des Respirationstraktes und der Lungen manifestieren sich klinisch oft schon im Neugeborenenalter. In Abhängigkeit von der Komplexität und dem Ausprägungsgrad der Anomalien kann sich im Einzellfall akut eine bedrohliche respiratorische Insuffizienz entwickeln. Deswegen kommt der schnellen und gezielten Diagnostik dieser Fehlbildungen eine große Bedeutung zu.
