Zusammenfassung

Die Normvarianten als nicht pathologische Abweichung vom Normalfall betreffen im Röntgenbild des Thorax Veränderungen des Skeletts und der sonstigen Thoraxwand, der Gefäße, des Bronchial-systems, des Lungenparenchyms und der Pleura. Außer diesen echten anatomischen Varianten werden vermeintliche Varianten infolge ungewohnter Erscheinung von anatomisch normalen Strukturen vorgestellt. Eine echte Variante einer Struktur kann die Veränderung einer anderen anatomische Struktur vortäuschen. Aufnahmetechnische Bedingungen oder technische Fehler können Varianten oder pathologische Zustände vortäuschen.
